Come join us to Connect and Learn at our free, upcoming practical workshops, by people with disability for people with disability, their families and supports.
These free workshops are a great place to hear tips and tricks around creating your vision for moving out of home and ensuring you have the right person-centred supports in place to make your dream of living in your own home a reality!

Session 1: A Home of Your Own – 10 am – 12.30 pm Do you want to find out about possibilities of setting up your own home beyond the traditional ‘group home‘ model? This information session enables you to start thinking through how to move into and thrive in a home called your own.
