  • Is there any funding available for microenterprises?

    Unfortunately, no! At least none that we know of. If you do, PLEASE let us know and we can share the news.

    The NDIS has been great for people with disabilities (PWD’s) to get some support to do various things, including help needed to run their own businesses, however, funding is sorely lacking in terms of assistance to set up your own microenterprise. We sincerely hope this will change shortly as more and more PWD’s startup and successfully run their own businesses. The more we collect these stories, the more the government is likely to see the advantages and invest.

    Does anyone in Australia provide micro-loans?

    Yes! However, please be very sure you are able to pay back any loans. This adds a lot of pressure to your microenterprise and life, so do so with caution.
